a. Personal Information: We may collect your name, email address, date of birth, sex, username, profile information, and other information you provide when creating or using your account.

b. Workout and App Usage Data: We collect information related to your workouts and use of the app, including exercise names, sets, reps, weight, distance, time, dates, training notes, progress data, and social activity within the app.

c. Device and Technical Data: We may collect device type, operating system version, push notification token, IP address, crash data, diagnostics, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.

We use your information to operate and improve DELTA REP, provide personalized training features, display workout and social content, send notifications with your consent, respond to support requests, maintain account security, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers.

Workout posts, comments, profile information, and other social activity may be visible to other users depending on how the app feature is designed. Users should avoid posting information they do not want visible to others.

In the future, we may share or license anonymized, aggregated workout data with no personally identifiable information to academic, research, or industry partners for purposes such as fitness research, performance analysis, or program development. Users will be notified before any such program launches.

DELTA REP may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.

Subscription management, cancellation, billing, refunds, and renewal settings are handled through your Apple ID account settings and the App Store.

When you delete your account, personally identifiable information associated with the account may be deleted, deactivated, or anonymized.

Certain workout content, comments, or social activity may remain visible after account deletion if needed to preserve app functionality, community context, security, legal compliance, or analytics, but it will no longer be associated with your active account.

We may use push notifications, with your consent, for workout reminders, app updates, social activity, and other relevant app features. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the app, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services
• Expo, Firebase, or similar services for push notifications, analytics, diagnostics, and app infrastructure
• Apple for App Store purchases, subscriptions, and payment processing

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to DELTA REP.

We retain personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

After account deletion, certain data may be deleted, deactivated, or anonymized, while anonymized or aggregated data may be retained.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or request a copy of your personal information.

Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or by trusted service providers in other locations. By using DELTA REP, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.

DELTA REP is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure authentication, HTTPS, access controls, and other security practices designed to protect user information.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date. Significant changes may be announced in the app, by email, or through another reasonable method.
